This week in Destiny
Festival of the Lost continues on strong. We've been pouring a lot of effort into ensuring this is the most content packed event we've ever made. We want all of our future flagship events to have as much or more content than this Festival of the Lost, so please look forward to those.
Below I'll cover all of the additional content we've added since the start of the Festival of the Lost, and preview what's coming next.
This was our first ever D2CH quest. Complete the steps to earn candy, and access to an exclusive emblem, banner and badge.
A secret quest which unlocks part way through the Nightmare Vanquisher quest. Complete the quest by solving the riddles to earn a bunch of candy and some exclusive cosmetics.
A hidden quest which released alongside last week's TWID. Find the reveal conditions hidden within last week's TWID and complete all of the steps to earn plenty of candy and some exclusive cosmetics.
We've set a series of challenges related to the Pit of Heresy. These challenges are permanent, but for the duration of Festival of the Lost, you can earn additional candy from completing them.
Same as the Pit of Heresy challenge pack, we've set a series of challenges related to Lunar Patrol. Get out there and complete the challenges during Festival of the Lost for additional candy.
This will be our Scarlet Keep challenge pack. We'll have a few challenges related to the Scarlet Keep, and during the Festival of the Lost, you'll be able to earn some extra candy.
This will be our Presage challenge pack. We'll have a few challenges related to the Presage, and during the Festival of the Lost, you'll be able to earn some extra candy.
This will be our final content drop as part of the Festival of the Lost. We'll have a few missions which will drop a lot of candy. We want players to have a fast way to earn the candy they need to complete their first 30 ranks of the event pass.
We've been thinking about what we're releasing for the rest of the year, so here's all the events you can look forward to between now and then:
This event was voted for by our Patrons over on our Patreon.
The event will feature an Event Hub and leaderboard, just like Festival of the Lost, and will revolve around completing challenge in Neomuna related activities.
The foundry for the next Arms Week will be decided in a vote by our Patrons on our Patreon.
Like with all our events, this one will feature an event hub and a leaderboard. We will have further details closer to the time of the event.
We're gonna be holding a week dedicated entirely to Gambit. We hope you'll all look forward to it! I personally love Gambit and I'm excited to show it some extra love!
We have a hell of a lot planned for the Dawning, and it will be our only 4 week event, covering the entirety of December. We're keeping cards close to our chest for now, but we hope to deliver something truly special.
BioWare recently shut down, and along with it, the next Mass Effect game has been cancelled.
