This week in Destiny:
A few weeks back, we teased Challenge Packs — a collection of challenges spanning a variety of activities across the game, all tracked right here on the website.
As you complete these challenges, you’ll earn exclusive rewards for your Community Hub profile, including Emblems, Banners, and Badges. You will also be able to begin to earn more community triumph score.
Challenges are designed to suit a range of skill levels — some will be straightforward, while others will put your abilities to the test. We encourage everyone to step outside their comfort zone, take on something new, and see what you can accomplish!
Over the previous week, we've been previewing all of the challenge packs you can expect for the first wave. You can read about all seven of them below:
We don't have a release date for challenge packs yet, but we will keep you updated in our Discord and on our X/Twitter!
For you emblem hunters, we've hidden emblems in each article, with a super easter egg in the last one. It's not easy, but we encourage you to try and find them all.
The D2 Community Hub Creator Program is all about celebrating and supporting the creators who help make the Destiny community what it is.
We're especially excited to welcome former official Destiny 2 Creators into the program, recognizing the years they've spent building communities, creating guides, entertaining Guardians, and helping Destiny grow. Whether you're an established creator or just getting started, applications are based on your passion, creativity, and positive impact on the community—not your follower count.
We're looking for creators who consistently create Destiny content, foster welcoming communities, support fellow Guardians and creators, and represent the community with respect and integrity.
Members of the Creator Program can look forward to exclusive Discord roles, Community TWID features, social media spotlights, profile rewards (such as the Community Hub emblem below), collaboration opportunities, creator discussions, and more.
Our goal isn't to replace any official creator program. Instead, we want to create a welcoming space where past, present, and future Destiny creators can connect, collaborate, and continue making a positive impact on the community.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to have you join us.
After weeks of challenges, creativity, and community celebrations, Solstice of Legends has officially come to an end.
We hope you all had a chance to take part in the celebrations, whether that meant tackling the Trials of Light, sharing your favourite memories and stories, putting together some Solstice-inspired fashion, or just helping make the community a little brighter.
As our first Community Hub event, Solstice of Legends has been a fantastic way to bring Guardians together and celebrate everything that makes this community special. The event ran from July 28 through August 18, with challenges, community showcases, and opportunities to share your creativity along the way.
But while this year's Solstice of Legends may be over, there is still one final celebration to come. In this week's TWID, we'll be showcasing the final winners from Fireside Memories, Tales of the Light, and Woven in Light, giving us one last chance to celebrate the incredible submissions you've shared with us.
Thank you to everyone who took part and helped make our first community event something special. This may be the end of Solstice of Legends for now, but there are plenty more events, challenges, and celebrations still to come, which we hope will only be better and better each time.
Until next time, Guardians.
